Kobe Slider Burger

Preparation:

In large skillet, melt butter and add onions. Stir constantly over low heat. This process may take up to two hours.\n\n 2. When onions are deep golden-brown, remove from heat.\n\nTo serve: Serve on warm brioche buns and top burgers with caramelized onions and melted Gruyère cheese.
